In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on pik777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. pik777 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Registering an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to access your account, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of pik777 or any affiliated company, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pik777 or any third-party responsible gaming organization.
• You must not have had a pik777 account previously suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one active pik777 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same bank account, or the same device — is strictly prohibited. pik777 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment-method matching to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts detected will be closed and balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and must keep that information up to date. You must register using your own legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a payment method held in your own name. Registering under a false identity or using another person's payment details is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. pik777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. 3.4 KYC Verification

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a passport, or a driver's licence (SIM), accompanied by a selfie photograph holding the document. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and not expired. pik777 reserves the right to accept or reject submitted documents at its sole discretion.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pik777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following local Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pik777 does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or any payment method not expressly listed in this clause.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by pik777, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment gateway. pik777 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, you are responsible for any fees levied by your own bank or e-wallet provider.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment method supporting outbound transfers. You may only withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name, matching the identity information on your pik777 account. pik777 targets the following processing times from the point of withdrawal approval:

• E-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): under 5 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata): within 15 minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday); outside these hours, transfers will be queued and processed at the next available banking window.

Processing time targets are not guaranteed. pik777 is not liable for delays caused by the recipient bank or e-wallet provider, scheduled bank maintenance windows, public holidays, or events outside pik777's reasonable control.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

pik777 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; (c) the withdrawal amount includes Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement; or (d) a chargeback, reversal, or dispute has been initiated by the Member in relation to any prior deposit transaction.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pik777 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentive programs from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. For example, a deposit of Rp 100.000 with a 100% match bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total wagers of Rp 2.000.000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each Member is entitled to claim a Welcome Bonus once only, on their first deposit. Subsequent promotions are subject to the eligibility criteria stated in each offer. pik777 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Member qualifies for any given promotion. Members found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonus funds voided and may have their account permanently closed.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's account without notice. pik777 is not obligated to provide reminders regarding bonus expiry.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation; the odds shown in your bet slip at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply. pik777 offers pre-match and in-play betting across football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, and Piala AFF), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, volleyball, and e-sports including MPL Indonesia. 6.2 Event Cancellations and Voids

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 36 hours of its scheduled start time, or abandoned before completion, all bets on that event will be declared Void and stakes returned to Wallet Balance. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pik777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening more than one account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.

• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pik777 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the Platform or its content.

11.1 Termination by the Member

You may close your pik777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining Wallet Balance. Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Termination by pik777

pik777 may suspend or permanently close a Member's account at any time without prior notice if: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) pik777 is required to do so by law or regulatory direction; (c) pik777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud; or (d) pik777 discontinues the Platform or any material component of it.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for breach, pik777 reserves the right to forfeit any Wallet Balance and Bonus Funds held in the account. Where termination is initiated by pik777 for reasons unrelated to Member breach, any verified Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pik777 is incorporated and licensed to operate. pik777 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform and acknowledges that its primary user base is resident in Indonesia. Nothing in these Terms creates or implies that pik777 holds any licence issued by an Indonesian government authority, as online gambling licensing in Indonesia is subject to legal restrictions.
